Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Office Coordinator. As the Front Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the front desk and ensuring exceptional patient service. This is a key role in our dental office, and we are looking for someone with experience in managing front office operations and providing excellent customer service.

Duties:
- Manage the front desk and ensure smooth operations
- Greet patients and provide outstanding customer service
- Schedule appointments
- Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries
- Verify insurance coverage and collect patient information
- Coordinate with dental providers to ensure efficient patient flow
- Maintain patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance
- Handle billing and financial transactions accurately
- Oversee inventory management for office supplies

Experience:
- Previous experience working in a dental office setting is required
- Proficiency in using dental office management systems.

- Strong knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with phone systems and other office equipment
